I’ve been taking a little break from posting, but this post got my attention and I wanted to share. This young Christian is crying out for an entire generation.
Here is a quote from her post:
Adults, mothers and fathers in Christ: we need you. My generation needs adults in our life. We need someone. We’re searching for someone to help us…will you?
Our youth are crying out.
Parents?
Adults?
Are we listening?

Thank you for reading my post and for responding to it. Your comments were an encouragment to me. Just to know that someone cares enough about the Youth of this generation to find it important enough to pass along is an encouragment. It’s because of people like you that my generation is going to pull through. Thank you.

I have two college-aged kids of my own and I’ve witnessed first-hand the struggles our youth face regarding their faith. I also remember the struggles I faced in my youth and still face today for that matter. I think a lot adults forget that. It’s never over. The struggle is never ending. Being a Christian is hard work. But the promise we have been given is worth the fight.
At the risk of turning this into another post, I’ll close for now.
Look forward to reading more of your poetry. Good stuff.
My heart weeps for the youth of today! We are very proactive with our kids, who are 11 and 13, as we watch in dismay the goings ons of this world. My husband and i are starting a young adults group for this very reason…
thanks for the post!

Thanks David for passing this on. It bears taking to heart!
We are almost settled in and finally have time to take a jaunt around the blogging community.
Been missing your posts of late, but really appreciate the email. Thank you!
Hope my response came through.
Blessings to you always!

It’s not by accident that much of the prison population is fatherless. Lord help us!
I keep wondering when you’re going to post again…?
Where are you hiding David?
